Robin is a creative leader with a passion for collaborative practice and developing talent. In 2017 he launched the RSC's Next Generation programme, supporting talented young people to develop practical and transferrable skills and take their first steps in the creative industries.

37Plays (The RSC)
In celebration of the 400th anniversary of publication of Shakespeare's First Folio, the the RSC and their Associate Regional Theatre partners launched this project to get the national writing and find a new folio of plays that speak to the world we live in today.

Young Creatives' Convention (The RSC)
A youth led event by The RSC's Youth Advisory Board. A day of presentations, panel discussions and workshops, bringing together young people, schools and arts organisations together to listen to young people views on access and inclusion in the arts.
